Payment Failure
There's no need to worry if you see a failed payment status on your end. This may be due to an issue on the bank's or payment gateway's side which delays a success status of payment on our systems.
If the payment status is failed, your respective bank will refund any such charges within 2-3business days.
You may initiate a fresh transaction to subscribe.
If your payment says "Success," please share your subscribed phone number, email address, payment details (including order id and reference number) and a screenshot of the payment to our email address: customercare@travelxp.com
We will check the status and help you out as soon as possible.
